A-Christian Glass negotiates monthly with manufacturers in an effort to secure discounts, but it all hinges on how many windows are sold. If they reach their goals, the company receives discounts that are passed onto the consumer.
“Negotiating on the consumer’s behalf makes us that much stronger, and enhances our volume buying power,” says Dable. “Our pricing is better than that of major retailers. We are sometimes 30 to 40 percent less than Sears, Home Depot and Lowe’s. You go to Home Depot for wrenches and ratchet sets, but we are window people. It’s what we do every day; that’s what we specialize in –– and we never compromise quality.”
Expert installation by professionals
The nature of the business calls for seasoned professionals capable of handling multiple vendors and clients seamlessly. Few do it better than A-Christian Glass.
“We’re glazers by trade –– we cut the glass, fabricate it and install it. No job is too large or too small. Our installation crews are very experienced; some have been with us for 15 years.”
Project managers Stan Chitoff, Francisco Concepcion, Jeff Parsons and Ray Roach are responsible for staying on top of every job. “They make sure things are done right the first time, and on time,” says Dable. “A lot of companies sub out, and that’s a no-no, because there is no control over the installation. Energy saving windows
A-Christian Glass offers many varieties of glass to save on energy, the majority of which are tinted. “We have deals with all our manufacturers to not charge for tinting, so customers get tinted glass for free,” says Dable.

A-Christian Glass also uses Sikaflex caulking and Elco tapcons. “Sikaflex is one of the best in the industry and the Elco tapcons are the best in the industry and we factory-paint them tp match the window selection; that way they don’t discolor and last and look great for years to come,” says Dable. “I don’t know too many companies that will go to that extreme.”
